Information Exchange
In addition to workshops, panel discussions and conferences, FSIX is please to support the work of the Interbank Roundtable, an invitation only peer group of LGBT leadership and allies in HR and Diversity at financial services firms. The group can be found in the committee section of FSIX Online on this site and meets periodically to discuss topics of concern around best practices at member firms.
While meetings themselves are limited to invited leaders from participating firms to encourage free discussion of ideas and concerns, much of the output of the group is available in the form of best practice documents, white papers, tools, templates and business case studies that FSIX members, corporate sponsors and community partners may find valuable in strengthening LGBT activities at their firms.
