LA Board Members
Board Member/Co-Chair: Nick Kleinert has been acting Co-Chair of FSIX Los Angeles
since 2011 and working with the board since 2010. Nick works in talent acquisitions
with Randstad, a $22.5 billion global provider in Human Resources services where he is
responsible for managing the in-house professional services with Warner Bros. Studios.
Nick specializes in contract, project, and direct hire recruitment in the Accounting/Finance,
Marketing, HR, Operations and Legal verticals. Prior to living in Los Angeles, Nick worked in
mobility technology solutions for a worldwide wireless carrier in Atlanta, GA. He earned his
BA in Psychology from Miami University in Ohio.
Board Member/Co-Chair: Eric Wilson has been a member of FSIX since July 2010.
He has been employed with Union Bank since he graduated from the University of Colorado,
Boulder in July 2008. During his time with Union Bank, he has successfully completed the
Commercial Credit Training Program, and rotated through the Middle Market, Entertainment Finance,
and most recently the National Corporate Lending groups. In his current position as a Senior
Credit Analyst, he is responsible for maintaining a portfolio of 20 syndicated credits of mid-large cap,
publicly traded companies with total commitments in excess of $500 million.
He also plays an active role in the underwriting and presentation of new deal originations.
Board Member: FSIX LA Board Member and former Co-Chair, Collen Drew Henderson and his partner Ivan Estrada
run a real estate team at Keller Williams in the Hollywood Hills and Downtown Los Angeles, helping clients
and friends build their wealth through home ownership and investment properties. Collen's passion in real estate
has helped to build a very successful and powerful force in the Los Angeles real estate market. As a team player
and market driver, Collen looks to the quality of relationships he builds versus the quantity. Being part of
FSIX has strengthened his ties within the community. Collen was Co-Chair of FSIX in 2011.
Board Member: David Rivas joined the FSIX LA Board of Directors in 2010, and has been an active FSIX member
since 2009. He is an Estate Settlement Analyst at Northern Trust, in their Estate Settlement and Probate
department. Prior to Northern Trust, he worked for BNY Mellon as a Corporate Trust Administrator and for
City National Bank in their retail banking division. To complement his financial service experience,
David has a B.S. in Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance from California State Polytechnic University
in Pomona California.
Board Member: Jennifer A. Post is a securities and transactional attorney with over 20 years of experience
representing entrepreneurs, startup companies and investors in US and international M&A transactions, venture
capital financings and secured lending. Her expertise includes public and private stock offerings,
SEC compliance and registrations, as well as stock market listings, in the US and abroad.
Prior to founding her own boutique law firm (www.jpostlaw.com) Jennifer was a partner with a major
international corporate law firm, served as counsel to a boutique venture capital firm in the
San Francisco Bay area and was counsel to a Los Angeles' based securities firm.
Ms. Post holds a B.A., cum laude with High Honors, from Brandeis University and a J.D., cum laude,
from Suffolk University Law School. Prior to moving to California, Ms. Post served on the Board of
Directors of the Massachusetts Lesbian and Gay Bar Association and provided pro bono representation to
clients of the AIDS Action Committee in Boston.
Board Member: Kin Cheng was President of FSIX from 1996 to 1998 in New York City and established a
Los Angeles chapter in 2004. He is currently on the Board of Directors of the LA Gay and Lesbian
Center representing Wells Fargo Bank. Kin manages a portfolio of Southern California companies at
Wells Fargo delivering a comprehensive suite of banking and financial products and services to his
customers. His market covers a wide range of industries including real estate, apparel,
food distribution, restaurants, entertainment, media, construction supplies, and manufacturing in the
greater Los Angeles area. Kin is in charge of business development, structuring, and underwriting
commercial credit transactions for his clients who have businesses that range between $20 million to
$500 million of annual revenue. In 1993, Kin earned a B.A. from the University of California at
Santa Cruz and graduated Phi Beta Kappa with Honors in economics.
